The office plan

Fleet compliance,
run from the office.

For the port captain, the port engineer and the safety officer: every boat’s records, equipment and crew credentials in one place, with every date that has an expiry on one list. The crews never log in.

30 days free, no card. 5 office seats, every seat an admin. Unlimited crew records.

What the office keeps

Crew credentials, kept by the office

MMCs, medicals, TWICs, STCW endorsements and drug tests for every crew member, from the spreadsheet the office already keeps. Reminders 6 and 3 months out, and at the date to file by. Crew need no accounts.

Every boat’s inspection calendar

For a towboat: the COI, the annual inspection or TPO survey, the TSMS vessel audit, drydock, the Certificate of Documentation, the FCC license and radio inspection, fire detection, extinguishers, liferafts, EPIRBs on offshore routes, lifebuoy, lifejacket and immersion suit lights, hand-held and aerial flares, alcohol testers and towlines; a Subchapter T boat’s too. Each with its interval and the section it comes from. Enter the last date and the next is on the list; it keeps every past date, with who did it.

Everything due, in one list

Crew credentials, equipment, company dates (the TSMS audits and certificate, the security plan and cyber dates, the MIS report, cranes, shop extinguishers), open nonconformities and COIs across the fleet: overdue, the next 90 days, the next 6 months. Filtered by boat, person or kind; exported as CSV.

Sea service letters and cited answers

46 CFR 10.232 sea service letters from each boat’s crew list and rotation, on your letterhead. Ask any regulation question and get the answer with the section cited, for the boat you name.

Set up in one sitting

After you confirm your email, four short steps. Skip any of them and come back later.

  1. 1BoatsAdd each boat from a photo of its COI, or by name. Its inspection calendar is added for you.
  2. 2CrewUpload the credential spreadsheet the office keeps, or add people one at a time. Crew need no accounts.
  3. 3DatesThe company dates that aren’t on a boat, and the last date of each item on the boats’ calendars.
  4. 4The officeThe letterhead on sea service letters, when the office is reminded, and who else works here.

A flat price by boat count

No per-seat or per-crew charge. The tier follows how many boats the office keeps; add a boat and the price only moves when it crosses a tier. Annual billing is two months free.
